Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein

Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein

Extending over four atmospheric floors in a 300-year-old town house, Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein is an award-winning, multi-sensory visitor attraction and museum, where visitors will be immersed in Shelley's unconventional tragic life and the lasting legacy of her infamous creation.

The House also features two rooms dedicated to popular culture, an intimate screening room showing the first ever Frankenstein film from 1910, two themed Escape Rooms, The Body In A Suitcase immersive game and, for the braver visitor, a thrilling horror walkthrough experience in the basement.

The Gift - new festive escape game opens 1 December

Following the success of renowned Escape Rooms Victor’s Lair and The Shallows, plus the sinister interactive group puzzle The Body In A Suitcase, Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein has created a new festive family game - The Gift.

The Gift is a hands-on, multi-layered, puzzle-based challenge for groups of up to 6 players, including children with a recommended age of 12 and up. The game comes complete with seasonal trimmings including a festive drink for each player and your own Gothic Elf for help! But be warned, not all good things come in small packages…
